How to use it

Who is on the receiving end of your words? Be specific about their situation, not just "customers". Picture one real person you serve.

2What you help them do

The one thing they get from working with you, said the way they would say it, not in marketing language.

3How you sound

Forget "warm and professional", that tells AI nothing. How would a loyal customer describe the way you talk if they were telling a mate about you?

4You are

A few words for how you come across. Direct? Dry? Warm when it counts?

5You're not

Just as telling. Name what you never want to sound like.

6Words you reach for

The words and phrases that are yours. AI will use these when it writes as you.

7Words you'd never use

The ones that make you cringe in AI output. "Unlock", "journey", "transform", whatever yours are.

8How you open things

Your first line is the most "you" thing you write. How do you start a post, an email, a message? Describe it, or paste a couple of real ones.

9When it's hard

AI defaults to corporate politeness here. How do you actually deliver bad news, or push back on a client, in your own words?

10Your customer's own words

The exact words your audience uses for their problem, and for what they want. Theirs, not your tidy version.

11A piece you're proud of

Paste something you've written that sounds like you, a post, an email, even a message. This is the gold standard AI will try to match.

12Lines AI must never cross

Your non-negotiables. The rules AI must follow every time it writes for you.
